These pages that follow are brought to you from Chesterfield County Social Services that state Shannon Ward was given proper education to care for a childs teeth (required for WIC and other programs). And to think parents without such training must just be lucky to not have such end results.

You have to wonder. Did the person "teaching" this program even bother to look at my daughters teeth, or was my daughter not present during the training as her mother has been absent for most of my daughter's dental appointments to date.
